    Facial recognition

    A dedicated camera does the recognising, beside the 160° HDR camera (1920 × 1080) that shows your visitor. Up to 10,000 faces are stored locally on the station, encrypted.

    QR codes

    Temporary or permanent QR codes for guests, deliveries and staff, shared from the Fasttelphone app.

  3. 03

    NFC tags

    Badges and tags at 13.56 MHz and 125 kHz, NFC and Mifare, including the Desfire protocol.

    PIN codes

    Codes of 2 to 8 digits on the glass touch keypad.

  5. 05

    Bluetooth

    Hands-free: the door opens automatically when a paired smartphone is within 1 to 2 metres.

  6. 06

    From your phone

    A ring reaches the Fasttelphone app. See and talk to your visitor, then open the door from anywhere over Wi-Fi or 4G.

The Commander is a 10-inch Android touch screen with Google Play. Any Android automation app can run on it, so the app of your automation system installs from Google Play and stays in front, beside the live view of the door.

Who makes Fasttel, and where?

What does the Fasttel intercom range cover?

Yes. The video door phone connects with KNX and with door locks, and works with KNX, Crestron, Control4, Qbus, Niko and Teletask. It does this through SIP compatibility, relay outputs and the Commander touch screen, which runs Android with Google Play, so any automation app for Android can be installed on it. No separate gateway is needed.

What is the difference between Fasttel IP intercom kits and 2-wire kits?

IP video kits run over a single network cable with PoE and come in 15 configurations. 2-wire kits are made for renovation: they reuse two existing wires for power, audio and video, and come in 6 configurations. To choose a system, read the video door phone guide.
