1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using morion.in (the “Site”) or purchasing any Morion Automation product or service (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use our Services.
3. Orders & Payments
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are exclusive of GST unless indicated.
- Full payment is due within 15 days of invoice unless agreed in writing.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos and software—is the property of Morion Automation Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
5. Limited Warranty
Hardware is covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or unauthorised modifications.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morion Automation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or Services.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) transmit harmful code; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
